Charging for return shipping
How do I collect for return shipping for an item returned to me without buyer contacting eBay first. She wants the item resent to a corrected address. She has reported that the package didn’t arrive although it did and was marked undeliverable but then returned the item back to me without letting anyone know until after the fact. The package is on its last stop before it arrives to me how should I handle this?

Once the item is returned to you, the easiest way to handle this is to issue the Buyer a refund, minus any original shipping they paid. Then relist the item. If the Buyer is still interested, they can repurchase once they have corrected their address on eBay.
By refunding them, you'll get most of your selling fees back.
