Charges to my Credit Card by Ebay NOT listed on my ebay Acct
I have 5 charges from ebay to my credit card that are NOT listed on my ebay Purchases tab.
I tried to call them but get sent a link online or hung up on.
Whats happened to ebay's GREAT Service???

Mentor2 years agoDid you make any recent bids or offers? Some sellers require immediate payment, and you may see a payment hold for the bid or offer amount in that case.
Otherwise, contact your card issuer for details of the transactions or to dispute the transactions and get a new card number issued.

Mentor2 years ago@ke6yma. If the items are not in your purchase history then your eBay account was not hacked. Your credit card was compromised and you need to dispute the charges with the credit card company.

Here's my advice to help secure your account:
#1 Run a full scan with your virus software to remove any spyware from your computer.
#2 Go to my eBay> account>personal information and make sure that all information is correct including your cell phone number, registered email and ship from and to addresses.

#3 Change your passwords and secret questions. My eBay> account> sign in and security

#4 Secure your email account.
Change the passwords and secret questions. Be sure to use different passwords and secret questions on eBay and your email. Do not use these passwords on any other account.
Hacked accounts often start with a hacked email account.
#5 Calling is the only way to report hacked accounts for security reasons.

#6 For extra protection consider turning on two-step verification. It's towards the bottom of this page:

#7 Unlink all Social Sign in methods and change your passwords on those accounts too. The hacker will be able to use the social sign in links to sign in to your account again if you do not disconnect this option.
