Mentor2 years agoCheck all your eBay accounts if you have more than one.
eBay can only help with unauthorized transaction made using one of your eBay accounts.
If someone else used your credit card number to make a purchase using a different eBay account, you need to contact your card issuer to get more information about the transaction or to dispute the charge and get a new card number issued.
