That would be from eBay ... if you have a credit card as your back up payment method on your eBay account and insufficient funds for refunds on returns, shipping labels, monthly store subscriptions, etc they will charge the card.
When I went in to Managed Payments back in 2019 I had opened a separate checking account with a completely new bank and got a credit card through them as well to keep all the eBay stuff separate from my other bank accounts and credit cards.
