Charged twice for the same shipping label.

Question

I was charged twice this morning for the same label on an order. The system indicated it could not process so I purchased the label a second time to print and ship. Is there any way to get one of the labels refunded?

@glassandclass You can void/ cancel the label within 28 days of purchasing it from the actions drop down menu next to the label on this page>

Go to this page and select Download next to the label. You can reprint/ download up to 7 days from the date of purchasing the label.
