Charged twice for the same label - only printed and used one label
I sold a very inexpensive item today. I purchased & printed out a shipping label for this. The ebay program charged me for a duplicate label that I did not need or ask for and charged me again. It was not printed out of course. I have effectively paid the "buyer" and ebay $4.00 more than my total funds from the sale of the item. Something similar happened with a sale a couple of weeks ago and I received instructions from the community. I am hoping to get help again.
