Charged twice for Shipping label

I am the seller and I see that my transaction charged me twice for a shipping label. The item has already shipped and received, but I want to remove one of the labels that I have been charged for. Do you know how I can do this?

You can void/ cancel the label within 28 days of purchasing it from the actions drop down menu next to the label on this page>

For future reference this is how to reprint

Go to this page and select Download next to the label. You can reprint/ download up to 7 days from the date of purchasing the label.
