I got charged twice for a shipping label but can't figure out how to get my money back.

I got charged twice for a shipping label but can't figure out how to get my money back.

Mentor2 years agoDid you purchase 2 separate shipping labels for one order with 2 separate tracking numbers?
Go to https://www.ebay.com/ship/labels/seller-hub
Find the label that was not used and under actions, click cancel label. Make sure it's the right one as this can't be undone. You will receive a credit from the USPS in 3-4 weeks (they need to make sure it isn't used). You will see a credit in your payouts but will not receive notification.
