charged twice for shipping label
Buyer paid for shipping. I went to print the shipping label and mistakingly did this twice. I was charged twice for the shipping. How can I get that reversed?

·2 years agoEach purchased shipping label will have a unique tracking number. If you simply reprinted a label, there will be no additional charge. If you paid for a second label, you have 5 days to void the one that you don't use. A refund is usually received in a few weeks. More here...
