If you see two shipping charges it usually means one of these things happened.
Two labels were purchased. This can happen if the first label did not print correctly and another one was bought. If one label was not used, you can request a refund for it.
The package details were changed. If the weight or dimensions were over the carrier limit, the carrier may charge an adjustment after the package is scanned.
If you accidentally purchased two labels, you can cancel the unused one and request a refund here:

Open the label in your shipping labels page and select Void label for the one that was not used. Refunds are usually processed after the carrier confirms it was not used.
