Charged twice for shipping fee

Chargers twice for shipping label and a $2 fee for sub title item. How do I contact eBay to get refunded.

If you were charged twice for a shipping label, you can cancel the one you did not use.

Find the correct tracking number and order ID for the two labels and select the one that did not get used to cancel the label. If it was USPS it can take up to 21 days to refund.

As for the subtitle, if you selected and used subtitle, then you need to pay for it. Which listing is it for?
