Charged twice for shipping an order
Mostly want to know how I can contact somebody who is human so I can figure out why I was charged twice to ship an item to a buyer. The Post office returned a package, still don't know why, so the tracking # was killed. Redid the shipping and they charged me again. This time the package went to the buyer.

Mentor1 month ago@mmar-3672 Unless YOU made a mistake on the label you should not have paid to ship it again.
The proper procedure is to refund the buyer the item price only. Then relist so they can buy again with the correct address.
The tracking should say why it was returned to you such as no access or address unknown etc.
Sorry, but eBay customer service is not going to be able to assist you with this since you voluntarily paid to ship again.
