charged twice for shipping am item

not sure how to fix this but i was charged shipping twice for an item i sold. i pushed purchase shipping and it stated an error occurred so i refreshed and pushed purchase button again. didnt realize til later i had 2 different tracking numbers. cant get a hold of a real agent to fix this. no other help is available. thanks

You were charged for two labels because you purchased two labels. Here's what to do...

You can cancel the label you didn't use within 28 days of purchase here:

It will take about 14-21 days for the refund to come through.
