If you inadvertently purchased more than one label on a transaction through eBay you can Cancel the unused labels up to 28 days after purchasing them. You can do that on this page and your account will be credited in 21 days or less. Track and manage your shipments
Here is some more Good News that you as a Seller may be interested in since you print your labels through eBay:
eBay launched a new Seller Protection for sellers who print their labels through eBay. If a Seller loses a Buyer’s claim that they did not receive their item and refunded the Buyer then eBay will reimburse the Seller IF the package is delivered later and tracking confirms the delivery.

OP8 months agoI am so unhappy with my experience with ebay. I dont understand what I doing wrong. I made a sell last week and was supposed to get 25.00 after shipping and ebay fees. Yesterday I made a new sale and the buyer bought the item and paid for shipping. After I went to buy the shipping label it said I would be charged the shipping from that sale but it charged me from my previous sale so now my payout is less than what it was supposed to be.

eBay will always take money from Available funds before a Payout. If you are on Daily Payouts and sales are spread out and as a new Seller funds are on hold the cash flow you see it not optimal. I am on Weekly payouts which is every Tuesday. The only time I have a payout delayed by a week is if I make a sale on Monday ... that money will not be Available until after the Tuesday Payout so when I print the label that amount comes out of my Tuesday Available funds payout, reducing what I would otherwise get paid until the following week.
