charged twice for shipping
I can't find any help. Chat doesn't get what I'm saying and I see no where to email. Ebay has charged me twice on my item for shipping?

Mentor1 year agoThe buyer pays item price + shipping + sales tax. You get the item price + shipping less the final value fee. You can then use whatever program you wish to purchase your shipping label. If you use ebay shipping, you get a discount and the tracking number is automatically uploaded to the transaction. When you print the shipping label using ebay shipping, you can specify to pay for the label from the pending payout or from your Paypal account. If you use some other program, you will have to pay out of pocket using a credit card or cash.
If you suspect you have been charged twice for the one label, you can double check by going to Seller Hub > Orders > Shipping labels
If you need to void/cancel a label, the USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have confirmed the label was never used.
