charged twice for shipping
i am wondering why i was charged twice for shipping. it's for the exact same amount. i only received/saved 1 waybill for 2 of my last shipments. now it says i owe. yet, the price for shipping has already been taken from my funds. i have been paid out to my bank acct. can anyone explain what happened, please?
