Charged twice for same shipping label
First time I ever printed a shipping label from the ebay "Ship It"- my label printer kept printing wrong size or printing sideways. I finally saw the option to print 4x6 labels- but it had already charged me for printing the first label. Will I get refunded? There's no actual live customer service anymore, so I'm at a loss here. Thanks.

You have 28 days to void/cancel the unused shipping label. You will be refunded by USPS in 2-4 weeks … after they have determined that the label hasn’t been used.

Go to your shipping labels page and find the unused label. In the drop down actions menu is the option to void the label. You have 28 days to void USPS, UPS, and FedEx labels. eBay Standard Envelope labels are non-voidable once they have been printed. If it was a USPS label it will take up to 21 days for them to verify it was not used and send your refund. More details on the page below.
