charged twice for a shipping label
I see lots of sellers have had this issue. This has happened to me almost every time I sell an item through promoted listings. I cannot seem to get to an agent this time. In the past I have asked the automated agent to speak with a live one. Today I am getting nowhere. Has anyone figured out a resolution to this problem of double shipping charges and inability to reach agents???
