Charged twice
While making a transaction, the page loaded endlessly and my bank sent me a notification that the funds were withdrawn.
I refresh it and it takes me back to the purchase page like it was never purchased. I finished the transaction, buying it again, with a different card because that one only had enough for the one transaction. Very upsetting. Literally cant find a way to talk to ebay customer service at all.

Mentor4 months agoGo to your Purchase History and view the order details for the item. It will show the payment history. Do you see the payment(s) you made?
Does your Purchase History show that you purchased 2 identical items? If so, you can contact the seller and ask them to cancel one of the purchases.
