Charged twice
I was charged twice for an item. I've written to the seller and says I need to contact eBay. I can never reach anyone!
Any help, thoughts?thanks

I think if you look again, you'll see that one charge is a pending charge which puts a hold on your funds until the approved transaction is posted to your account. Within a few days, the pending charge drops off.
