Charged twice
I was charged twice for shipping because I didn’t print out the label initially, I had to get off the website and go somewhere, I came back and went to print out the labels and got charged twice

Mentor2 years agoGo to Seller Hub > Orders > Shipping Labels
Locate the order. If you were charged for 2 different labels, you need to VOID the one you won't be using.
Locate the Order. Click the down-arrow. Select VOID label. You have 5 days from the date you printed the label in order to void the label. The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have confirmed the label was never used.
