Charged shipping for a whole unit buyer only wants parts
A buyer purchased a toaster oven from me.
I found out later, before its been shipped, he only wants two parts, not the whole unit.
I'm willing to sell him the two pieces but I already charged him shipping for the whole unit. If I refund him for difference in shipping I only make $10 compared to $17.
What is the best way to handle this?
