charged shipping fees and item was listed as free shipping
Wondering if anyone has a suggestion on what to do next. I purchased an item from a seller who listed in the AD that shipping was free. However, I was charged $9.45 for shipping. I wrote the seller 3 times and received no response, and from what I can tell, they never even read or acknowledged my emails/issue. Any suggestions? Thanks
