Charged Shipping consistently too low
The amount eBay charges my buyers is for shipping is consistently too low. This is based on eBay calculating the shipping charge for the buyer, no changes to the shipping attributes after the purchase, and buying shipping from eBay.
I can't seem to get an explanation from eBay. Can anyone offer any suggestions?

Looking at your more recent 2 sales,
The listing says "USPS First Class Large Envelope" for shipping.
That item doesn't qualify for USPS First Class Large Envelope, also eBay doesn't sell that kind of label because it has no tracking.
Choose USPS Ground Advantage as the shipping method in the listing, and then you calculations will be correct.

OP8 months agoI listed with USPS Ground Advantage. The buyer must have changed the shipping (identified as cheaper?). Why does eBay offer USPS First Class Large Envelope if they don't allow it. How can I prevent the buyer from changing the shipping method?

Buyers can't change shipping. They can only select what the seller offers.
As you list your next items, just double check the shipping choices.
eBay allows people to select several first class options that don't have tracking because some sellers do use those options for specific items that qualify. Those options have no tracking. They also can't be printed on-line. It's a service for those sellers to offer those calculations, but eBay can't print those labels.
