Charged sales tax on shipping fees as buyer
I recently noticed that when I purchased an item ebay added sales tax calculation on the sale price of the item as well as the shipping charge. Isn't this illegal?

Mentor10 months agoWhether shipping is taxable depends on the law in the state the item is being shipped to. Many states tax shipping under various circumstances.
