Charged for unused label

Question

First label did not cover weight and dimensions, eBay reprinted new lable and did not refund unused label. How do I get reimbursed for unused label?

Tried to cancel label but it showed "completed" so cancelation was not an option

Here's how to cancel (or void) an unused shipping label you purchased on eBay:

- Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select CANCEL.

- Choose your reason for canceling the label.

- Select Cancel shipping label.

You have 28 days to cancel a label. The refund will come about 21 days after you cancel.
