Charged for two labels that were printed in error and not used.
I have two PDFs of conversations I have had with customer service about being charged for two labels which were printed in error, and never used. One convo was on March 6, 2004, and one was on March 26, 2004. Both of them agreed that I had been charged in error. The problem was fixed the first time, and I was refunded, only to be re-charged a second time for the same labels. Both customer service people said it was some sort of glitch with USPS, and they would have it fixed. It has never been fixed, and I have never been refunded. Is there is someone whom I can contact who can actually get the problem fixed. Going through customer service does not seem to be effective. Thanks in advance for any help!
