charged for two labels

Can anyone help me?

We sold for the first time and somehow were charged by Ebay twice for labels for only one package.

Is there a way to be refunded for one of them? Sort of sucks that we loose half of what we sold it for.

You have 5 days to void the unused label. The refund takes about 3 weeks.

Go to Manage shipping labels.
Find the item you'd like to void the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select Void Label.
Choose your reason for voiding the label.
Select Send request.
