Charged For Shipping on Wrong Buyer.
I sold two items. eBay charged one of the Buyers twice for shipping labels. Each label is correct for the individual Buyers. So my return for one auction was 0.24 cents.
How do I fix this? Just to restate: Both labels have the correct address and name for the separate people, but for some reason eBay charged one Buyer for both of those labels. So my return is only 0.24 cents on one of the auctions won.
