Is there a way to get a person to talk to on ebay. I need charges reversed on shipping label's I couldn't print out.but was charged for. thanks

After you void the labels yourself, then if you need to speak with customer service, here is how to do a live chat or request a call back.

Start at an article close to your question such as https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/shipping-items/labels-packaging-tips/buying-printing-shipping-labels?id=4157

Scroll to the Bottom of the page similar to your question

1) Click "Contact Us" then:

In the CHAT WINDOW

2) Type "I need help"
3) Click "Void label"
4) Type "Agent" in the chat window
5) You may need to click "Something Else" or "More Options"
6) Click â€œHave Us Call Youâ€ (or "Chat with an Agent")

Voiding a label is easy to do yourself.

Here's how to void a shipping label you printed on eBay:

- Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/lmng/labels-history/my-ebay

- Find the item you'd like to void the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select Void.

- Choose your reason for voiding the label. If you want to, you can add a message for the buyer.

- Select Void shipping label.

The refund will come around 21 days after the label is voided. This is controlled by the shipping company (ie USPS Fedex UPS), rather than eBay.
