Charged for shipping label twice
Item Number 285355561105 was shipped. the first label for $4.15 was payed and shipped.
The payout to my bank added an additional charge for a second label of $6.00 with no explanation. WHY??
Also the tax paid by the buyer was charged before the discount given to the buyer, therefore I paid a higher fee for the transaction. WHY??
Also Item 285383107644 was to be only local pickup. The sold it was item Virginia. the buyer is in North Dakoda, the buyer could not pick it up but was charge for the item. a payout was made to my bank, but did not show on the bank statement. WHAT CAN BE DONE??
