Charged for shipping label but didnâ€™t use

I sold something but didnâ€™t use the Evay shipping label. I voided it and paid for my own. I called EBay and the said they fixed it but it still came out of my funds. What do I do?

If you VOIDED the ebay label, the USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have confirmed the label was never used. Why didn't you use the PRINT ANOTHER LABEL option, instead of paying the full retail price at the carrier's counter?
