Charged for postage however order was cancelled and never posted

I was charged $72.66 for a shipping label on eBay for a transaction that was cancelled before shipment. The label was never used and the service was never provided. Iâ€™ve been unable to contact Ebay to resolve it.

You need to void the shipping label. Go to your shipping labels page and find the unused label. In the drop down actions menu is the option to void the label. You have 28 days to void USPS, UPS, and FedEx labels. eBay Standard Envelope labels are non-voidable once they have been printed. If it was a USPS label it will take up to 21 days for them to verify it was not used and send your refund. More details on the page below.
