I have 2 listings and I have sold nothing on eBay. Now they are charging me 45 bucks and I don't know what for.

You have a reserve price on one of your auctions. eBay charges a fee for that 7.5% of the reserve price (maximum fee $250) It is charged charged whether or not your item sells. It is also charged each time the listing is relisted.
