Charged for item that didn’t sale
I was charged for an item that got promoted and didn’t sell. The buyer canceled and I pulled the item. Why am I still getting charged for this?

Mentor2 weeks agoIn order for the buyer to request a Cancellation, the listing must have sold. Therefore you are charged the promoted fee. If you file a Cancellation with the reason Buyer requested, I believe you will be credited the promotional fee.
