Charged for item I didn't purchase or receive
I was notified of a purchase that I didn't make. The seller showed in China. The item was a metal box with very high shipping cost. I disputed the sale with eBay, the seller, my financial institution. Requested cancellation of purchase from seller, no response. Item was supposedly ship via DHL and USPS with a tracking number that shows delivered. I never purchased this item and never received it either. I have tried to work with eBay, my bank, Visa and now a month later find out after an investigation and the charge that was initially reversed will now be charged.
