Mentor2 years agoYou sold an item, but wasn't able to ship the item due to damage. You need to file a Cancellation with the reason Out of stock/damaged. ebay will then refund the buyer and credit you back the FVF that was charged. You will also have a defect recorded on your account for the cancellation. Try not to get any more cancellations, as ebay does restrict and suspend sellers who receive too many defects.
