Charged for 2 shipping labels-manifest and transit same price?

Question

I sent out one item and ebay shows me I was charged twice for this one item of $7.79. One says "in transit" the other says "manifest" I'm assuming because I was charge, I was charged because I printed off two labels because the first label did not print right, so I had to print out another right after that.

Assuming the one in transit, I left alone. The manifest, I went in to cancel the label to get a refund of one of the $7.79 charges I was charge.

Was this the correct way to do this? I hope it does not stop the shipment to the buyer?

@jreneetrends Yes, you handled this correctly by cancelling the 'manifest' label. The refund will come in about 21 days.
