Charged for 2 mailing labels
I sold a $10 item on Ebay. I was charged for the first mailing label I printed off for it from ebay. Fair enough. Then I reprinted the label on a different printer, from a different device and it charged me for the second label. My $10 sale + shipping and I'm only getting paid $0.86 for it.
How can I get ebay to correct this? The chat bot doesn't know what I'm saying.

Mentor2 years agoIt sounds like you did NOT use the REPRINT option, but used PRINT ANOTHER LABEL.
You have 5 days from date of printing to void the label. The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks when they have determined the label was never used.
Go to Seller Hub > Orders > Shipping labels
Locate the label. Click the down-arrow, select VOID. The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have confirmed the label was never used.
