Charged extra by UPS for 60 gram item in a 42 x2x2 package. How do I dispute
I was over charged for absolutely no reason on a golf shaft I shipped in a thin tube package. Dimensions were 46x2x2 2 inch circumference.
I can’t find any way to dispute and eBay already took an extra 50 dollars from my account. In the picture you see my small thin package and next to it a larger one. I’m wondering if they thought the larger one was mine. Regardless how do I get my funds back ?
