Charged Double
Hey all o was charged double on a pair of shoes I bought that I canceled the order. Only one charge was removed from my card, but I can’t figure out how to contact someone for the second charge.

Mentor2 years agoYou weren't charged twice. One is a pre-authorization, standard for all banks/credit card companies. It 'holds' the funds until the actual charge goes through. This is most visible on weekends and holidays. It will fall off.
Seller have zero access to your card and actually have no idea how you paid. Sellers are paid through a third party.

OP2 years agoYes, but I was charged twice for one item and only one of the charges were canceled.

Buyers cannot cancel their orders, only sellers can cancel the transaction.
Did you receive a message that your order was cancelled?
