Hi, I was watching a live show today. Then I received emails for an order from the show I did not place. I messaged the seller several times and have not heard back. How long do I have to wait for the seller to respond? I don't want them to send it. The seller is in another country. What do I do? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

The seller is not required to respond to your messages.

Since you have purchased the item, the seller needs to ship it to you.

eBay will not be able to do anything for you. Live auction wins cannot be cancelled and the item cannot be returned if the seller has a "No Returns" policy. However, if the seller allows for returns once you receive the item you can follow the policy and ask them about returning the item.
