Charged by ebay for an incorrect weight of item
Ebay charged me over $65 for underpaid shipping. USPS must have entered 32 pounds verses 3.2 or something. How do I get resolved?

In the email you got with the upcharge, there should be a method to appeal the upcharge.
USPS will then review the photos of your package on their scales throughout the process.
If it was a normal size package (under 12x12x12) and 3.2 lbs, you should get a refund.
If it was long or a tube or similar, there can be charges for that.

I did not receive an email regarding the upcharge. I saw it when I was going through items. Do you know how I can appeal?

Look through your eBay messages to find the upcharge message.
What was the size of the box (approximately).
Was it shipped in a rectangular box or other packaging?
