Charged but never received item

Question

I was charged over $200 for my purchase but never received it. I did get an email saying that it would be delivered by April 9th but it never came and tracking shows it not being delivered yet. I looked under purchases and nothing shows up. I put in an ID# and order# but it says it can't be found. I'm unable to contact the seller because when I click on his highlighted name it takes me to his web page. I have not been able, although I have tried everything, to reach a live agent at eBay. I am beyond frustrated. Can anyone help me?

Whether you purchased as a Guest intentionally or accidentally here is what we advise:

First, you are covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from receipt: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy

Next, you may have inadvertently purchased as a Guest so you will have to log OUT of your eBay account to do anything with the Guest purchase. The email you received should have a link for you and this Help page will assist you as well: Buying as a guest | eBay

On a side note, Guest purchases cannot be merged with an eBay account nor can you leave Feedback on the transaction.
