Charged a fee
I was charged a fee from ebay and can't get in touch with a live person or email.
Apr 23 1ZAC98200339470973 $34,95 and paid $12.95 for a shipping label.
UPS® Ground. Spent the last hour trying to get a appeal and ebay assistant.
No help at all. How do I contact ebay for a refund.

Why do you need a credit? The package was delivered on April 16. (This is the bag you sold on April 3.)

OP2 years agoSince the package was lost for 10 days, I called UPS for status and finally on the last day the buyer cancelled the package because they could not find it and the buyer accused me of stealing the package. They found the package in Deroit which is where I live about 10 miles from the UPS depot. They delivered the package back to me the next day. So why am I being charged for $34.95 extra shipping when it was not my fault that it was lost and lost a sell.
Please refund my money. Because I saved you a trip from Detroit to Florida.
