Charged 3 Times for Shipping Label on One Order But Still Haven’t Received a Shipping Label
I am trying to get a shipping label for an order but the Ebay app keeps popping up with an error message to try again later. I’d try multiple times later on however the same message keeps popping up. When I go to my funds it then appears that I have paid for multiple shipping labels on that one order. I go to the buyers hub to try to void the extra shipping labels but it still shows that a shipping label does not exist. I am awfully confused with this situation.

Mentor8 months agoThere is a reported issue with eBay labels now.
According to eBay employee:
We are aware and are working on a solution as many sellers have reported that when trying to purchase shipping labels, sellers are receiving an error and did not provide the label for the order but were charged to their PayPal account.

You can either use a PC or a browser on your phone and go to this page to print one of the labels out that you already purchased and cancel the ones you will not use.

You have 28 days to cancel a label you will not sue and the cost will be credited on your account in 21 days or less.
On any label you purchase you can reprint it up to 5 times before having to buy a new one and you can do that within 5 days.
You can also uninstall and then reinstall the app to see if that clears the issue.
