Charged 3 times for same label and no label was created. Item still says purchase shipping label
I tried to purchase label and was charged 3 times and the charges are on my credit card through my PayPal account. There is no label available to use or request refund. How can I request a refund with no label to cancel. Not sure what to do to get a label for my item.

Mentor8 months agoThere is a reported issue with eBay labels now.
According to eBay employee:
We are aware and are working on a solution as many sellers have reported that when trying to purchase shipping labels, sellers are receiving an error and did not provide the label for the order but were charged to their PayPal account.
