Charged 2x for shipping label

Question

I was charged two times for a shipping label and receive the wrong payout. Nothing has been refunded or corrected. How can I get in touch with someone from eBay to resolve this. Their website offers no assistance

@kanbard Does the sold item have two tracking numbers? If yes then you need to cancel the label that was not used. >>>

You can void/ cancel the label within 28 days of purchasing it from the actions drop down menu next to the label on this page>
