Charged $2000 for shipping
I need to dispute a UPS shipping label adjustment on order 17-14606-86038.
They charged me $2,111.92 instead of $88.37 because they measured the package wrong (claimed 42x68x8 inches and 138 lbs billable weight).
Actual: Lightweight eFoil board in travel bag (~30 lbs). I entered 27 lbs and 12x72x10 inches.
Please have eBay dispute this with UPS. Thank you.

Mentor4 months ago@nextlevelguitar YIKES! There is a surcharge if it is not in a box, but not that much. EDIT to add, I just looked at the listing and I am sure that they charged you freight price as that is not an item that could be shipped like that.
Only eBay customer service can file the dispute since they are the UPS customer. I recommend contacting CS on social media to ask them to do this. Keep in mind that UPS does sometimes add incorrect surcharges but there are CORRECT surcharges that you can read about on the UPS website.
Personally if I have an item that is too large or heavy to ship via USPS then I use UPS and buy the label from PIrateship.com. Pirateship helps with insurance claims and surcharge disputes. UPS does have a list of valid surcharges on their website too. UPS does not add surcharges as often as Fed Ex does.
Social media is the best way to contact customer service for this issue.
Here's how to contact eBay general customer service. ( I feel that it's ok to use this option since it does affect your bottom line.)
Click this link> https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/getting-paid/getting-paid-items-youve-sold?id=4814
Then Type PAYOUT In the chat bot box on the lower right.
Then AGENT after the bot responds. You might have to repeat those steps.
Or you can also contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media. Customer service verifies your identity before responding.
