Charged $165 for shipping label on Canceled order
I sold a small toddler scooter for $20. I took it to the post office and on the eBay app, I swiped to purchase a shipping label but I immediately realized that it said I was paying $165 for a shipping label. I got The QR code for the shipping label but never had the post office scan it. And told the worker that I no longer wanted to mail the item. I immediately canceled the order on eBay, but I was still charged $165. How can I get the shipping charges back for sale that was cancelled?

-When you purchase your labels through eBay you have 28 days to cancel a label that you will not use. You do that on this page and use the drop-down menu on the left and select Cancel. Complete the cancellation process and in 21 days or less the label cost will be refunded to your account. Track and manage your shipments
-That scooter has some mistakes in the shipping section, I see only $ 6.34 to ship from OH to eastern PA, that is not going to happen. What you can do to see where you made your mistake is when you Relist it check the Shipping section ... either the weight, shipping box dimensions or both are wrong. Correct them before launching the listing. If you already did then use the Edit function and double check the shipping section and make changes as needed.
When you cancelled the transaction you should have used the Out of stock reason so you will get a strike on your account. We see a lot of mistakes in the area of shipping from new Sellers until they figure it out.
